How close are you to …
Three Pines cabins are located conveniently close to the Lake, Forest, Village, and ski resorts - just a 5 to 10 minute drive from anywhere you'd want to go in the Valley. Some units are even closer to certain areas, so let us know when booking your cabin if you have a location preference.

What time can I check-in?
What if I am arriving late?
Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Sometimes we can accommodate early check-ins if we have had enough time to properly prepare your unit after the previous guests have left - check with us on your day of arrival. If you will be arriving after office hours, just let us know so we can make arrangements to leave a key out for you.

What time do I have to leave by?
Can I check out late?
Check-out time is by 11:00am. Sometimes we can accommodate late check-outs up until 1:00pm for no additional charge - check with us on your day of departure. Late check-outs after 1pm will incur a full nights charge.

How good are the skiing conditions?
You can call us or check on our website for current conditions. Our web cams can show you the amount of snow currently on the ground. As for the likelihood of snow, the Big Bear ski resorts typically are open by Thanksgiving and close after Easter. The snowiest months are January, February, and March. Keep in mind that the Big Bear ski resorts and snow play areas have extensive snowmaking systems that usually can create plenty of snow regardless of Mother Nature.

Do I have to clean my own cabin?
What do I need to do when I leave?
We do a thorough cleaning after you depart, however to avoid extra cleaning charges, please make sure you remove all trash, clean all dishes, pile all towels and linens in the bathroom, and leave your cabin neat and in good repair like you found it.
